Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems. You will embed with clients to define use cases, prototype, and deploy robust agentic workflows that scale in enterprise environments.

You will work across platforms, integrating AI providers, and leading technical workshops while focusing on reliability, security, and measurable outcomes. Cleveland or similar enterprise settings are typical.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum of 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with client communication and workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including orchestration and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless patterns for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent performance and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to guide client roadmaps.
