Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building cloud-native solutions. You will design and deploy agentic workflows, integrating AI platforms across enterprise environments and working directly with clients to prototype, deploy, and scale these systems securely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years building cloud-native solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless patterns for scalable systems.
• Tailor agentic applications across finance, healthcare, and retail domains.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to guide client roadmaps.
