Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build cloud-native, agent-powered workflows for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, design use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust, secure agentic systems across complex domains.

Responsibilities include architecting agents, integrating AI providers, and driving production deployments with strong client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• 2+ years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 5+ years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production - CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging.
• 5+ years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration and enablement.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
• Measure & Improve: Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: Craft reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
