Job summary

Accenture in Columbus, OH seeks an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise workloads. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, prototyping and delivering robust, secure agentic workflows across complex environments.

You will leverage Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and AI platforms from multiple providers, while shaping scalable patterns and governance for enterprise adoption. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming in Python, Java or equivalent.
• Experience deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience leading technical workshops and collaborating with clients.
• 3+ years cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization).
• 3+ years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI).
• 1 year designing agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
