Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 3+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 3+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• 3+ years experience with client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops under ambiguity.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models — abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents for retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstractions across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Deploy agentic apps across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail in automation.
• Client Engagement: Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows.
