Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to build cloud-native AI agents that scale across large enterprise environments. You will partner with clients to define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and observable.

You will design and integrate agent orchestration layers, leverage multiple AI providers, and apply best practices for security, reliability, and performance in complex domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Familiar with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production using CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• 3+ years cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 3+ years experience with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Integrate AI platforms across providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.).
• Build scalable, cloud-native AI-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
