Qualifications

• 5+ years programming with Python/Java; strong observability and logging.
• 5+ years production deployment experience (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).
• 5+ years client-facing collaboration and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless patterns.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Lead design workshops and POCs with stakeholders; drive adoption.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, cost.
