Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to embed with clients and architect enterprise AI agents. You will design, build, and run agentic workflows that scale across cloud-native platforms, partnering with stakeholders to define use cases and prototypes.

This hybrid role in Columbus, OH requires 3 days in the office, with occasional travel. You will work across finance, healthcare, and retail, applying evaluation tooling and multi-provider AI pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Python/Java with AI tooling and observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• 3+ years cloud-native systems and APIs.
• 1 year designing agentic solutions in production.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents encompassing retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Cloud‑Native Engineering: Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability to deliver scalable AI‑native systems.
• Domain‑Specific Workflows: Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code‑with sessions to shape data‑driven agent workflows.
• Measure & Improve: Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: Craft reusable patterns and documentation.
