Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build cloud-native agentic workflows and enterprise-grade AI agents. You will embed with clients, design use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust, secure systems across complex environments.

You will work across AI providers, architect scalable pipelines, and lead workshops to shape client roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• Minimum of 2 years experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI — including multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum of 5 years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; associates require 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless multi-provider pipelines.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Tailor agentic apps across finance, healthcare, retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows.
