Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and run agentic AI-enabled workflows for enterprise clients. You’ll embed with clients, shape use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust, secure agentic platforms within complex environments.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions using Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native tooling, while focusing on performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years experience programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; strong in observability and logging.
• Minimum 5 years experience deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, and microservices to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
