Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep expertise in agentic systems to work with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor. You will help define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy agentic workflows across complex enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates will have extensive cloud-native experience (Kubernetes, Docker), proficiency with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic), and the ability to lead workshops and deliver under ambiguity across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end-to-end software engineering and SDLC
• 8+ years cloud-native systems design and delivery
• 2+ years hands-on agentic AI solutions experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, and retail domains.
• Conduct workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and test harnesses to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
