Job summary

Ohalo is seeking a Product Manager for AI-Native Business Systems in South San Francisco. This role bridges Infrastructure and AI-native operations to scale company-wide systems with hands-on prototyping and governance across teams.

You will own MCP tooling, agent orchestration, and scalable reporting while ensuring trusted data and efficient AI-enabled workflows. A strong track record in internal platforms and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with ability to interface with APIs and data systems.
• 5+ years in product management building internal platforms or business systems.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts: evals, MCPs, and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on prototyping and capability to convert AI into practical systems.
• Experience turning fragmented processes into scalable automated tools.

Responsibilities

• Scale company-wide AI deployment by partnering with engineering teams.
• Define MCP integrations and ensure secure access to internal tools.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and monitor AI agent performance.
• Architect enterprise reporting with a single source of truth.
• Identify and deploy AI-native automations to improve efficiency.
• Prototype v1 workflows and reporting before scaling to platform level.
• Enforce governance to prevent tool and data silos.
