Snowflake is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead AI-native products across Finance, People, Legal and other enterprise domains. You will own the product problem from discovery through value realization, guiding strategy and aligning business and technology teams.

This role emphasizes building AI-enabled workflows, partnering with business leaders, and delivering simple, scalable products. Hybrid work in Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA; governance and responsible AI are central.

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end workflows focusing on outcomes over existing processes.
• Lead AI-native product development with production-grade agents.
