Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. seeks an AI-native Staff Software Engineer for Cloud Ops to design and build self-healing cloud systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will fuse systems engineering with AI orchestration to create autonomous pipelines and intelligent infrastructure services.

You’ll bridge deep coding with cloud architectures, lead AI-driven automation, and enhance security and observability across production environments while collaborating with on-site teams in California.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in modern languages (TS/Go/Python) with AI orchestration experience.
• Deep knowledge of 2+ cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes, incl. networking.
• Experience building intelligent delivery pipelines and AI-driven infra tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable cloud systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop autonomous agents and AI-driven automation for provisioning and self-healing.
