Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or platforms.
• Experience owning products from concept to launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native products and working with AI agents and tools.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and trade-offs in evolving environments.
• Strong collaboration with software engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to run customer discovery, user research, and market analysis to validate opportunities.
• Experience communicating product strategy and metrics to executives and stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with significant ownership.

Responsibilities

• Discover important customer problems by engaging with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Define the product direction with a clear vision, strategy, and near-term thesis.
• Build AI-native products that leverage agents, tools, and robust UX.
• Lead zero-to-one product development from discovery to production and launch.
• Own product quality and end-to-end customer experience with clear success criteria.
• Validate demand and commercial value with design partners and early customers.
• Own outcomes after launch with metrics, adoption, and retention tracking.
• Operate AI-native workflows and use AI copilots to accelerate decisions.
• Raise the product bar by ensuring clarity, rigor, and repeatable success.
