Job summary

Zuora is seeking a senior analyst relations leader to amplify the AI monetization narrative with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, MGI, and ISG. You will translate platform capabilities (Monetization Catalog, Flexible Commitments, metered entitlements, revenue automation) into analyst-ready evidence and proofs.

In partnership with Product, PMM, and executive leadership, you will build customer references and manage RFIs, demos, and briefings, driving analyst recognition and market influence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analyst relations, product marketing, communications, or market intelligence in B2B SaaS or enterprise software

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Zuora's analyst relations program across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, MGI, and ISG
• Translate product capability into analyst-ready narrative and proof points
• Lead participation in Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, and Buyers Guides with end-to-end RFIs, demos, and references
• Build and mobilize customer evidence from named accounts to support external narratives
• Turn analyst feedback into actionable messaging, launches, and product strategy
• Package analyst insights into assets used in deals and campaigns
