Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager of Analyst Relations to shape market perception for the AI Connect portfolio. You will translate complex engineering milestones into market narratives and drive positioning with major evaluators.

You will bridge engineering, market perception, and sales to build advocacy, guide product roadmaps, and influence enterprise customers while traveling up to 10% as needed. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 6+ years in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Product, or Strategic Communications in hyperscale cloud/enterprise tech/telecom.
• Experience supporting enterprise positioning in major evaluation frameworks (Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes).
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, AI/ML infra, edge computing, or hybrid cloud ecosystems.
• Experience coaching C-suite and VP-level executives with clarity.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI market leadership: Architect and execute the global AR strategy for Verizon's AI Connect portfolio.
• Cultivate high-value advocacy: Build trust-based relationships with top-tier analysts.
• Dominate major evaluations: Lead end-to-end strategy for tier-one evaluations.
• Deliver inbound strategic intelligence: Contextualize analyst feedback into actionable insights for product/engineering/executive leadership.
• Accelerate enterprise pipeline: Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate analyst endorsements into deals.
• Advise executive leadership: Coach VP-level executives for briefings and summits.
