Zuora is seeking a senior Analyst Relations professional to help define and tell the AI monetization story. You will partner with Product, PMM, and executive leadership to translate Zuora’s platform into analyst-ready evidence and compelling proof points that influence Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and ISG evaluations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analyst relations, product marketing, communications, or market intelligence in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong, credible relationships with analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or ISG.
• A track record of leading high-stakes, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• Sharp writing and message development skills.
• Comfort with executive prep, fast feedback cycles, and high-visibility work under real deadlines.
• The judgment to synthesize noisy market input into a clear point of view and a next action.
• The independence to drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving situations without waiting for a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Define what AI monetization leadership means to analysts and build the cadence of briefings and submissions.
• Translate product truth into analyst-ready narrative with monetization capabilities.
• Lead Zuora’s participation in Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, and Buyers Guides end to end, including RFIs and customer references.
• Build the reference bench with named accounts using Zuora for AI pricing and revenue recognition.
• Turn analyst feedback into concrete messaging, launches, and product strategy recommendations.
• Package analyst insights and rankings into assets used in deals and campaigns.
