Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Senior Flex Solution Engineer to drive AI/ML initiatives across USMajors, translating business challenges into MVPs and prototypes. You will partner with regional teams to accelerate customer adoption, while aligning with AI/ML Product and Engineering for scalable solutions.

You will build foundational AI/ML prototypes, demonstrate platform capabilities, and help shape regional strategy to grow AI/ML consumption. Travel up to 30-40% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts including data prep, model training, deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to translate AI/ML capability into customer value and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional AEs and SEs to identify and develop AI/ML opportunities within USMajors accounts.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and workshops focused on AI/ML portfolio.
• Architect and prototype AI/ML solutions and PoCs showing business value.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customers and central AI/ML Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain understanding of competitive AI/ML landscape and industry trends.
