Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
• Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
• Thorough understanding of generative AI & agent lifecycles (ingestion, embeddings, llm selection, optimization).
• Deep understanding of ML life-cycle (feature engineering, model deployment, management).
• Strong knowledge of AI/MLOps and deployment/monitoring of models & agents.
• Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms (SageMaker, Databricks, Vertex AI, AzureML, Dataiku, DataRobot).
• Hands-on scripting with SQL and Python/Java/Scala.
• Familiarity with Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-Learn, LangChain/LangGraph.
• University degree in data science, CS, engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical expert on Snowflake for AI/ML workloads and provide best practices.
• Work with customers to define AI/ML use cases and architect Snowflake-centric solutions.
• Design and deploy AI/ML pipelines using Snowflake features and ecosystem.
• Build POCs with SQL, Python, Cortex AI features to demonstrate techniques.
• Ensure knowledge transfer so customers can extend Snowflake capabilities.
• Maintain understanding of competitive AI/ML tech and how Snowflake positions against them.
• Provide guidance on resolving customer-specific technical challenges.
• Support Services Delivery team in developing their expertise.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing to improve Snowflake offerings.
