Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a subject matter expert, guiding direct sales and customers in the design, customization, and deployment of complex AI/ML infrastructure solutions. You will translate technical value into business outcomes and work across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include leading pre-sales discussions, crafting compelling proofs of concept, and collaborating on roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in Sales Eng, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and cloud tech.
Excellent communication and presentation; able to simplify complex concepts.
Self-starter with consultative mindset and customer focus.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to identify and qualify technical opportunities.
Lead pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, and proofs of concept.
Collaborate with product and engineering to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap.
Respond to RFPs and technical inquiries with accurate content.
Serve as technical liaison among customers, internal teams, and vendors.
Support post-sales with knowledge transfer and solution validation.
