Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services, LLC seeks a Solutions Architect to guide direct sales and customers in designing and implementing complex AI-focused hardware and software solutions. You will translate technical products into clear business value through strong pre-sales engagement and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles.
• Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU architectures, HPC storage, networking, and cloud infra.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with a consultative mindset and strong customer focus.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to qualify technical opportunities and engage customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, and proofs of concept to showcase Cirrascale solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to collect customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Respond to RFPs and technical inquiries with accurate, professional content.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, internal teams, and partners.
• Support post-sales teams with knowledge transfer and solution validation during deployment.
