Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager — ML/AI to own complex, cross-team ML/AI programs from scoping through launch. You will partner with ML engineers, researchers, product managers, and leaders to define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and build execution plans that address uncertainty in ML development.

You will coordinate cross-organ launches, adapt to experimentation cycles, and ensure governance and reporting cadence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or AI-native environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ML/AI programs and ML lifecycle stages.
• Strong technical depth to engage with ML engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex cross-team ML/AI programs end-to-end from scoping to launch.
• Partner with ML engineers, researchers, PMs and engineering leaders to define roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-org launches for AI features spanning infrastructure and applications.
• Navigate the ambiguity of AI development and adapt program structures.
• Establish governance, track milestones, risks, decisions, and health metrics.
