Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a senior technical leader to own an end-to-end area of the product, focusing on reliability, performance, and stellar customer experience at scale. You will shape architecture decisions and drive delivery with minimal guidance.

You will lead large cross-team initiatives, collaborate with design and product management, mentor engineers, and accelerate work using agentic AI across Go, React, and Java, while setting high standards and planning multi-quarter roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including full stack work.
• Proven ability to lead large or complex cross-team projects.
• Deep understanding of modern web app architecture, API design, security, performance and scale.
• Expertise in at least one significant area of a complex product with broader capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, product, and design.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader across the stack, owning an area end-to-end with focus on health, quality and customer experience.
• Lead large cross-team projects from architecture through delivery and drive them to completion.
• Leverage AI to accelerate work across the stack and set AI-driven engineering standards.
• Collaborate with design and product management to build the right thing, at the right cost.
• Mentor engineers, review code and design work, and raise the bar on standards and quality.
