Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager — ML/AI to lead end-to-end cross-team ML/AI programs, spanning model infrastructure, inference pipelines, Cortex services, and AI-powered features.

You will partner with ML engineers, researchers, product managers, and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and execution plans, while navigating the uncertainties of ML development and maintaining rapid delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or AI-native environments.
• Demonstrated experience with ML/AI programs and ML lifecycle stages.
• Strong technical depth for engaging with ML engineers and researchers.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and manage experimentation cycles.
• Experience leading programs spanning multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross-team ML/AI programs end-to-end across model infra and AI features.
• Partner with ML Engineers, Researchers, PMs, and Leaders to define roadmaps and plans.
• Coordinate cross-org launches for AI features spanning infra, apps, and platform.
