Tenstorrent is seeking a Physical Design Engineer to lead cross-functional efforts solving complex physical design challenges and develop end-to-end RTL-to-GDS methodologies across advanced nodes, with a focus on PPA and runtime improvements.

The engineer will architect, integrate, and deploy AI/ML-driven solutions into production physical design flows, creating custom CAD tools and partnering with internal teams and EDA vendors.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years in Physical Design CAD.
• Proven track record in improving PPA and runtime.
• Hands-on with EDA tools across synthesis, P&R, STA, signoff.
• Strong Python/Tcl skills and ML interest.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional efforts solving physical design challenges across IPs and tech nodes.
• Develop RTL-to-GDS methodologies including floorplanning, synthesis, P&R, STA, signoff.
• Architect and deploy ML-driven production CAD flows to improve efficiency.
• Optimize EDA tools in collaboration with verification, extraction, timing, DFT and vendors.
