Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI, ML, and generative AI projects for diverse clients. You will design, build, and scale AI solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, guiding teams and ensuring responsible deployment and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of scientists and engineers, tackle complex problems, and influence new ways of working to deliver high-value analytics solutions for clients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10 years in AI, data science, and/or ML
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams
• Strong skills in Python and ability to lead and communicate with diverse teams
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to deployment and optimization
• Improve processes through research and analysis
