EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to drive innovative AI, ML, and generative AI initiatives for diverse clients. You will lead delivery of modern AI engineering and scalable data solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments, while guiding teams to responsible engineering and measurable results.

Join a cross‑functional group of scientists and engineers, partnering with clients to design, build, and deploy high‑impact AI solutions, with opportunities for growth and travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with 4-year program.
• 5+ years in AI, Data Science, ML; 2–4 years managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and cloud-based AI/ML deployment experience.
• Experience with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and Agile (Jira).
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and ability to travel for client engagements.
