Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and cloud platforms.
• Experience with ML frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure responsible deployment, quality, and measurable business outcomes.
• Engage with clients and manage project delivery from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
