Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years in AI/Data Science/ML
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams
• Strong Python skills
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Langchain, RAG) and ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch
• Experience with NLP and deep learning; DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile methodologies (Jira), and CI/CD; MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps; data ingestion, transformation, evaluation
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, software engineering, and Responsible AI practices
• Strong math, statistics, operations research; proficient with SQL, Pandas, Spark; data visualization and storytelling
• Excellent communication and travel willingness for client engagements
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage change

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization
• Improve processes by researching and applying innovative solutions
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI initiatives with quality and responsible deployment
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics
