Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI, ML, and generative AI projects for diverse clients. You will design scalable AI solutions, unify data sources, and guide teams across data science and software engineering disciplines.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure responsible development, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of AI systems that solve complex business problems. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
