Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabric for enterprise use cases. You will work on memory design patterns (short/long-term, episodic, semantic), RAG, and multi-agent systems, enabling scalable AI solutions with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor the Knowledge/Data team, contribute to IP filings, and present at conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native tools/code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures against agent- and human-designed evals.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architecture across systems.
• Lead AI native design process and drive requirements.
