Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabric for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on memory design patterns, RAG, semantic chunking, and distributed inference, enabling scalable AI solutions across EY’s environments.

The role requires deep expertise in memory architectures, model fine-tuning, and cross-functional collaboration with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust or Java, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead design, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with AI/Security/Data teams.
• Support business development and present research at conferences.
