Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for multi-agent systems. You will lead context design, RAG integrations, and semantic chunking, driving cross-functional collaboration with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.

Role requires an advanced degree and 5+ years in software engineering with AI, plus hands-on coding. EY offers a hybrid model, strong compensation, and a flexible vacation policy.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native development tools/code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design processes and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine-tuning and customization (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with NVIDIA NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designs.
• Design of context systems including RAG and semantic chunking/search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against AI and human evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with architecture teams in AI, Security, Data, and Infra.
• Support business development and IP filings; present at conferences.
• Hands-on coding and mentorship within Knowledge/Data teams.
