Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Join Outlier’s evaluation loop to help steer frontier AI research. You’ll review images, videos, and audio, scoring adherence and quality, then provide precise, written feedback in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
