Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Very high attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
