Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness and usefulness, and compare image and video outputs to judge prompt adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing observed issues.
