Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Able to discuss realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt compliance.
• Writing specific explanations in English detailing observed issues.
