Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rating live conversations with AI voice models and comparing outputs for alignment with prompts. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, working remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness of conversations, evaluating image/video pairs, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and assess naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
