Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your evaluations help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. You’ll rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then write concise explanations in English that pinpoint what was seen or heard.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing concise explanations in English.
