Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to judge prompt adherence. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts, misalignment, or unnatural motion.
• Writing specific English explanations detailing observations.
