Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos to judge alignment with prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and learn. You will write concise explanations in English and contribute to improving AI performance, with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios in natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
