Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors review AI outputs, compare image/video pairs, and rate adherence, quality, and realism, then provide a concise written justification in English.

Qualifications

• Ideal: Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural everyday conversation.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and verbalizing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing a concise explanation in English pointing to what was seen or heard, with specifics.
