Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and judge which image or video better follows the prompt.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule. Responsibilities include inspecting outputs, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches, and providing concise explanations in English

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in findings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting distortions, glitches, or misalignments.
• Write concise explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
