Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing, all on your own schedule from anywhere.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise explanations. We welcome applicants from multiple countries and offer flexible hours with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to identify issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently open to applicants from international locations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot errors like distortions, flickering, or desynchronization.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues with sound and visuals.
