Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible hours. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off to improve system performance.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio against prompts, providing precise reasoning, and working across tasks from home or while traveling. Applicants from many countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues in media.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and note issues like distortions, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was off.
