Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, then compare generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts more accurately.

You will inspect outputs closely for problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio, and provide concise, written explanations in English. This work helps improve AI systems in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversation.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
