Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and explain what looked off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, rating outputs across dimensions, and providing precise, written reasoning to help improve AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for careful review.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, then rank how natural and informative each exchange sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom or replay to find issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
