Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

You will also compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts, all from home. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to articulate clear, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was observed and why.
