Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all from home or while traveling.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, describing why one performs better than the prompt, and rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism. This work supports AI systems’ improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to describe observations.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues.
